These terms govern use of synkron.com.au and any automation engagement with Synkron (ABN 92 699 764 531). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them.
Synkron designs, builds, and supports automation systems for lead capture, qualification, and follow-up. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for a client engagement are set out in that client's proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
Fees, invoicing schedule, and payment terms are set out in the individual client agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Synkron retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, templates, and tooling. Configurations built specifically for a client's business become usable by that client for the life of the engagement, as set out in the client agreement.
Our systems are built to the rules and content a client approves. To the extent permitted by law, Synkron is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the systems we build, including third-party platform outages outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
